    Have you tried reaching out to any of the local universities to host WordCamp Nashville?
    Also, while you do not have to go all out, I would suggest checking some of the hotels that allow for 250 to 400 people in their conference rooms. You might be able to work out a deal with them.

    I live in Southern Illinois (1 hour east of St. Louis), so if you need help at the event, let me know. I know a couple months ago I sent in a contact form inquiring about speaking at WC Nashville 2012.

    Does this mean it’s March 17 – 18 (2 day event)?
